CENTRIFUGAL FINISHING MACHINE
Vibrotech Centrifugal Finishing Machine, designed to generate high compressive pressure between the components to be finished and finishing media and compounds. The drives are so designed as to generate churning of the material under pressure inside the barrel to form a loop (like “eight” number) motion, to achieve desired results. The media, compounds and components to be processed are loaded in 3 barrels, mounted on inclined axis and supported at both ends in turrets. Separate water inlet system is provided.
The Machine is complete with main motion generator drive auxiliary drive for jogging of barrels to position opening lid of the barrels in front of the door. Machine is complete with all electrical and control panel for smooth efficient and safe running. The electrical control panel has broadly following features: -
- Processing cycle and loading cycle selector.
- In processing cycle option of operating in automatic mode with motorized timer or manually with on-off control.
- In loading cycle control for jogging of turret and barrels for its exact positioning in front of the door.
- Timer for monitoring process time.
- To the extent possible Siemens make switchgears will be used.
